Learn more about this land: Located at the base of the Weaver Mountains this 1 acre parcel has 2 RV sites with great views and plenty of space with a 8 foot chain link fence for security. The property backs onto State and BLM land. Bring your toys as we have direct access to miles of trails or explore the many attractions around the area such as the Granite Mountain Hotshot Memorial, Stanton Ghost town or the historic town of Wickenburg. Wash Way

I almost don’t want to leave a review to keep this little beauty to myself 😉 I work from my RV and this was the perfect quiet spot for me to Basecamp from. My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed all the open land to roam, the safety of the neighborhood, and the kindness of all the area residents we met. The spot was clean, private and well maintained. The amenities of water, internet, and laundry were the icing on the cake so to speak.

Quiet neighborhood. Nice for walking the dog. Plenty of room to get into/out of the property. Pine Way is a good site if you want some shade in the afternoon. Wash Way has a dedicate water spigot and full sun for your solar. There is a 3rd site dedicated to a 5th wheel. I suspect it belongs to the property owners. One night some folks stayed in it and the generator ran all night, but it was not a disturbance to me. It is quite quiet and could barely hear it inside my trailer. One of days it rained much more than was predicted, i am glad i had a 4 wheel drive to vacate the property. I felt bad for how I likely tore up the lot getting out though, because the ground becomes very soft. I would certainly stay here again.

What a nice lovely spot , quiet and a lovely Mountain View . John was gracious gave great instructions and responsive to all our needs. We will be back!

Wash Way

We enjoyed our stay at Wash Way. The campsite was very clean and comfortable. John was helpful about explaining how to access the OHV trails in the area. We had a quiet, relaxing stay. We would stay here again.
