We are a family-owned RV park and tiny home village located 50 minutes from the east entrance to Grand Canyon National Park and only 20 minutes north of Flagstaff, Arizona. Our family -- Adam, Shelley, Zoe, Ava, and Cairo -- purchased the RV park in 2021. The property was a trading post for decades but had fallen into disrepair. We have been busy painting, cleaning and improving the grounds to become a comfortable oasis for your family. Our location on US Hwy 89 on the east side of the highway is only a few miles from the breathtaking aspens of Lockett Meadow, the ruins of Wupatki National Monument and the lava flows at Sunset Crater. The park is a short drive to downtown Flagstaff, and on the way to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Moab and Durango. Stay the night or as long as you like! Drink in the hibiscus sunrises above the Painted Desert and relax into the long shadows of the San Francisco Peaks. Let us know if you want to borrow a telescope to explore the darkest night sky you have ever seen! We are excited to share our home with you!

#10 Full Hookup 50/30amp XL Back In
We had a great experience staying at Shelley and Adam's spot. Our parents were flying in from Maryland to meet us and they stayed at the Tiny house across from our RV spot. It was the perfect setup for us and we made the most amazing memories there. The drive to the Grand Canyon wasn't bad and there were alot of neat things to do within 30-45 mins of the RV Park. Shelley and Adam were very responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend this spot and would most definitely stay again!

A don’t miss stay.
Loved our RV site. Clean, level site. Could see beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Loved the ability to take long walks on the public land right through the fence. Hosts were friendly and responsive and appreciated their recommendations on what to do and great restaurants. Laundry was clean and high efficient machines. Would definitely stay again.

Boondock # 1
Busy , loud , Hiway spot
I think it is important that people know if they book the boondocking space , it is literally situated right by a very busy Hiway and extremely loud noise from road traffic that makes a comfortable stay non existent. If I we’re traveling as a solo female , I would not have felt safe in that space .

The views of the San Francisco Peaks from this spot are amazing, especially during sunrise and sunset. The location is the perfect jumping-off point to explore northern Arizona. The park is surrounded by beautiful high desert scenery in every direction, yet it has a stable internet connection and electric, water, and sewer hookups.

# 8 Pull Thru 50/30amp Extra Large
Ok for 1 night
Overall it was ok. Place was very hard to find - we had trouble getting in our spot - glad we only had one night. A bit pricey

We enjoyed our stay with Shelley and Adam! Their place was easy to pull our motorhome in and was nearly level. They had full hookups at the site, laundry, a hangout area with games and even a fenced dog run area. It was nice meeting Adam and he was very welcoming with anything we needed. We would definitely stay again.
