Romantic
Recent Hipcampers say this Hipcamp is romantic.
The land we inhabit since late 2018 is a 2.5 acre semi-residential homestead in progress! We are dedicated to living in harmony with the natural systems of the beautiful Madrean Sky Islands región that we call home.
At the homestead we focus on natural building, restoring the land, producing food, and building resilient and sustainable community in this binational area.
We are 5 minutes from Naco, Sonora (MX) and 8 minutes from old Bisbee. Within 30 - 60 min drive you can find endless opportunities for adventure including the large Coronado National Forest, multiple National Park Service sites, quirky towns, adventures in Mexico, and much more.Set up camp in this old style truckbed camper on the outskirts of Bisbee. Explore the multitude of ongoing homestead projects that drive this little homestead, or just sit back and catch the sunset with a campfire. Camp site is located by one other camp site as well as the shared shower and compost toilet area and in an overall rural neighborhood type feel.
On the homestead you will encounter gardens, field crops, chickens, turkeys, dogs, cats, Adobe buildings, etc. We are passionate about sharing and teaching our vision for more sustainable communities!
Campersito has a small kitchenette with oven, small solar set up for lights and charging, bed for 2, and quaint sitting area with table. All compact with easy going vibes.

The camper looked exactly like the photos and was a great size for two of us and even fit our Great Dane! Valeria was a sweetheart and it was fun getting to hang with the farm animal. Great location if you’re looking to visit Bisbee without spending a ton.

Sweetest folks I've met on the road! The camper is cozy, and well stocked to prep meals, rest and unplug for a few days.
Thank you for hosting me!

The whole place was very cute. I stayed warm under the blankets they provided. There were a few maintenance issues but otherwise it was fine. They definitely have a wonderful homestead.

Father daughter weekend getaway
Such a peaceful and beautiful place. The hosts were so kind and generous and had amazing stories, and it was so fun to watch the farm animals and play with their puppy. It was educational to see a different way of living. They grow their own food and they built their house from the earth. It was inspiring to witness a way of living off grid and in harmony with nature. Would recommend!

Cute setup on a cute property. If you are comfortable living in an "off grid" style, then this is for you. If you want more traditional luxury glamping, keep looking.
