Welcome to Aloomba Lavender Farm. We offer bush camping with powered and unpowered sites. This means you will not be placed very close to other vans unless you are friends and choose to be together. In many cases you will be able to choose where you wish to park. Not all sites are level, but you are able to site your camp/ van as you wish. There are no cement pads. There is access to toilets and hot showers. You may have to walk some distance to the amenities but the solitude, the quiet, safety and stars make all worthwhile. There is a dedicated firepit and firewood is supplied. We can supply no water other than sufficient to cook dinner. You are welcome to use some of the vegetables and herbs but not to strip the vegetable garden! If in doubt - ask. We have great coffee and Devonshire teas but we are not a cafe. However there is a great little lavender shop where you can buy our own lavender essential oil, or a cake of soap or a Baggallini Handbag. We are dog friendly! We welcome well behaved dogs. We are 20 km from Stanthorpe. You may see wildlife or cattle through the fence and an occasional vehicle going down the road. We have a sealed road all the way to our boundary and then drive through the lavender. If you visit in late November through to early December you will enjoy our lavender flowering, but the plants look very pretty all year around in neat rows. We are a commercial farm so there is the need to work to the rhythm of the lavender.

What an amazing family and location
What an absolutely amazing location, campsite, facilities and family! I have stayed at the Aloobma Lavendar farm 3 times and have loved every visit. The hosts Tim and Deb are really phenomenal and welcoming. Tim helped me make a fire my first nigh. As I was camping alone, and they made sure to check up on me and invited me to join their family for dinner one night. Their co-hosts Max and Wato got along so well with my Lola. The dogs had such an amazing time. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking and I loved the greeting each morning from the friendly cows. Terre is an absolute treasure - she showed me how to sew, how to spin thread, and how to use the "fancy" coffee machine. She even threw the ball for Lola. I was really in need of some rest and relaxation. This was exactly what I needed and I will continue to sing their accolades.

A Hidden Gem for Pups and Us
Discovering this retreat was like finding a hidden gem. Affordable and dog-friendly, it exceeded our expectations. Clean facilities and hot showers made our stay comfortable. It's more than just a getaway; it's a haven where our pups and us felt at ease.

Our second time visiting...this time for 5 days because our first visit was so good Second visit again left us feeling relaxed and refreshed. Such a beautiful quiet location. We enjoyed a camp fire each night under the glorious night sky ablaze with the most amazing display of stars.. We stay at a lot of campsites. This is very much one of our favourites. Spotless modern hot showers and toilets, lavender plants everywhere, the cutest little lavender store and the beautiful Tere, Wally the furry welcoming committee and the lovely host Tim who kindly delivered us some exceptional iron bark to enjoy on our camp fire. Thank you once again. We will be back. A joy once qgain to visit your very lovely farm and enjoy your easy relaxed hospitality.

Novel campsite with lovely views
Was quite a novelty to stay on a lavender farm - although in the off season it feels much more like a normal farm. Level areas to park or pitch, although the grass can get soft around the edges of the camping area so be cautious if it's wet. Shower & Toilet amenities were a little walk from the campground area, but were clean and private booth-style. The cafe and shop were lovely as were the ladies we met while we stayed. We had a pleasant stopover on our journey north to Stanthorpe.
