If you are happy walking, there is so much to do in the area, you need not get back in your car again for the duration of your stay ! The campsite at Lower Terawhiti Farm may be laid back and simple but it has everything you need to have a fabulous affordable holiday here in the South Hams. Pitches are large and spacious at 10m x 10m, and the rest of the field is there for children to run free, roam and cycle to their heart's content. There is no electric hook up on site but we do offer hot water, fridges, freezers, USB charging and you can have barbeques. How better to spend the evening than round a fire pit ! Non Electric Grass Pitches

Loved it !

We had a fab few days at South Devon camping. We stayed in garden field which was quieter than the bigger field but with the benefit of a little sea view and the animals close by. Hot showers easily accessible in the next field and easy to use. No problem having to pay £1 for the shower for 5 mins, it was plenty of time and nice and hot and well designed. Really handy having access to a fridge freezer too and also the USB charging points. Compost loos were great too really clean and loved the fact they had a sink in to wash your hands. We were lucky with the weather which always helps! Beach just down the road. We had a great time, thank you.x

Non Electric Grass Pitches

Little gem

What a little gem! We’ve just got back from Anita’s lovely campsite and had a blast. It’s a great location with so many lovely beaches close by. We are pretty amateur campers so we’re a little apprehensive about the long drop loos but they were clean and well kept and honestly better than most public lavs! Communal facilities were good and Anita was incredibly helpful, giving the site a very personal touch. We have small kids and it was a very family friendly site, we will definitely be returning.
