Amazing spot! Took a bit to get up there but the views and landscape are worth it.

This place was a complete getaway with no distractions from city life. Great sunset and sunrise. Host met us upon arrival. His dog cookie was very sweet. Expect a 3 3/4 mile drive from the yellow Private Road gate and the turquoise gate on dirt road.

Lovely spot, and adding the range and propane made everything dead simple! Road in was a little rough, but the host’s instructions were right on and I was definitely able to make it in my little golf so no need for any off-road capability. Thanks for an awesome night!

Worked great for us
Nice spot. Directions were spot on even with all the turns.
Nice view from site #1 which is clearly the nicest spot.
As everyone says, dirt road is rough but no obstacles.
Not a ton to do once at camp so if you’re going to hike or Mtn bike, I’d recommend doing before heading to camp.
It’s not wilderness style so you’ll hear construction, barking dog, etc
We were passing thru so it was perfect for our needs but wouldn’t call it a destination spot, personally.
Site 1 and 3 have views. I would have been sad to be in site 2 or 4 as no views.
Again, great spot to have if passing thru as campgrounds are always full in Cali.
Or, great spot to come w friends if you just want to chill for a night.

Stayed 2 nights in a 2wd sprinter. Campsites were super clean quiet and flat with trash cans and picnic tables. Views were awesome! Sites are pretty private, tho you might see or hear your neighbors. Road is rough, but saw plenty of Priuses and a VW bug, so you’ll be ok. It’s far away from stuff, so not a great “home base,” but great to get away.

Astounding view.
Incredible view at site number 1. Very quiet and remote. The fire pit is a must. (You’ll need propane).
Access involves unpaved roads that are occasionally steep - 4x4 not required, but some ground clearance beneficial. Our sprinter 4x4 had no problems in May.
