Who knew Arkansas was so stunning?! Especially in the Fall. We camped just before Thanksgiving and the trees were still bright reds and burnt oranges with mounds of leaves for our dog to play in on the ground. Take a walk around the edges of the campground and follow the shore of the lake or dip up the hill to get a stunning view of the surrounding hills and hidden inlets of the lake. Stay on the outer loop if you can and the lower numbers face the lake while the higher numbers are a little more inland.
