There are 3 campsites located in the gap of the little Mahanoy Mountain and line Mountain range along the little Mahanoy creek. All four campsites have creek access and come with picnic table garbage can and fire ring and Firewood is usually available. There are two Porta potty‘s one located at each end of the sites. There are trails for hiking which extends along an abandoned railroad bed and also up into State game lands and into the deep woods. The hiking in the woods is on an incline. But the hiking on the railroad bed is pretty unintense. There is parking at each site. The sites are spread out along the creek bed ranging from more of a rustic primitive tent camping on site 4 to an open site on site 1.

Greene Kitchen Farm has been farmed by the Greene family since 2013. If you step back in time a few owners, the Kitchen family with 8 boys and a girl farmed the land that surrounds the little tributary to Montour Run. The Greenes have been pasturing the majority of the land in nature's image with an eye toward biomimicry and an agro-forestal, savannah landscape. The herbivores pulse through the landscape with flocks of birds following them.
Since the livestock have been fenced out of the creek, a little jewel of a wildlife refuge traverses the farm from northwest to southeast. This riparian zones shades the creek, protects the water quality, and provides great habitat for coyotes, minks, eagles, white-tailed deer, groundhogs, hawks, squirrels, woodcock, and a variety of songbirds. The history of the Pump House began in 1878, when three ambitious men hatched a plan for the world's first long-distance underground oil pipeline which would transport oil from well to refinery more quickly and efficiently than the horse-drawn wagons of the time. Pumping stations were needed every fifty miles along this long route to keep pressure on the pipeline so that the oil could reach its destination. Pump House Bed and Breakfast is one of the only properties in the country in which the both the original homes of the foremen and the large brick buildings remain. Doug, owner, has spent more than 20 years lovingly restoring these foreman houses as well as the large industrial brick buildings. The Brick Barn Hall once housed steam pumps to pressurize the pipe and keep the oil moving, and the Catawissa Cabin behind it served as the telegraph office. The Studio Hall contained boilers that produced the steam to power the pumps, while the adjoining Studio Cabin functioned as a blacksmith's workspace. Today, the buildings function as reception spaces for weddings and other special events, and house private suites as well as an art studio where Doug pursues his work and teaches drawing, ceramics, and stained glass classes. The White Squirrel Properties include a cabin, rental pavilion and camp site. The camp site sits at the top of a hill and provides a secluded flat site to pitch your tent or park your van/truck camper/truck top tent.
You will have this space to yourself.
The view is breathtaking - you have a gorgeous view of the Susquehanna River, numerous sets of mountain ranges, and you are surrounded by beautiful fields. There is a rustic picnic table and a more modern high top table set with an umbrella, for your use. We have also added 4 hammock chairs that you can relax in while enjoying a glass of wine. There is a wooden platform with a small structure on it. You can stand underneath the platform and it can provide some shelter, if needed. (The structure is being renovated for a new experience next summer.)
The pavilion is a short walk and has 2 bathrooms, a shower, and a kitchen. **The kitchen is only available if the pavilion is not being rented**. There is an additional fee to rent the kitchen. If you are interested, please message me after booking. This can be added at checkout. Deer come out nightly on this peaceful property. You won’t be disappointed.

Welcome to Forks Farm Campground! Forks Farm is an 86 acre farm located in Fishing Creek, Columbia County, Pennsylvania. The grass and timber farm is nestled along Huntington Creek at the base of a south-facing slope with beautiful views of Knob Mountain and Huntington Mountains to the south.
There is a fire pit, picnic tables, a swimming hole, wooded campsites, fishing, Josiah Hess Covered Bridge, an outhouse, and an open area for recreational use. Please remember we are a working farm. All fences are electric. Please DO NOT TOUCH or go inside a fenced area without a farmer accompanying you. Pack it in, pack it out. You are responsible for removing your own trash and recyclables.
The farm store is open 24/7 for self-service. Please record your purchases in the notebook on the counter and leave payment (cash or check is preferred, but you can use Venmo) in the money box on the counter. If you need assistance with a purchase (Forks Farm grass-fed meats for the grill), let us know.
Forks Farm Market has been providing the community with locally produced foods every 2nd and 4th Saturday, May - December, for thirty years and has established itself as the area's first and only on-farm, producer-only farm market offering the local community chemical-free, pasture-raised meats, dairy, and farmstead cheese in addition to a wide variety of locally produced foods, fiber, and crafts from over twenty vendors.
The campground is easily accessed from the Bloomsburg exit of Interstate 80, ten miles north on SR 487, and 1.5 miles east of Forks on Winding Road. The nearest major town is Bloomsburg, 10 miles to the south, and both Philadelphia and New York City are within a 3-hour drive.

The 66-acre property has been licensed as an airport (PS20) since the 1980s. It is currently an active, private airport. We don't sell fuel or offer services beyond camping so we primarily have only air traffic with few to no landings each year. In other words, it is very quiet here except during the occasional low pass. We are very eager for pilots to fly in and camp out! The beautiful sunsets and stargazing night skies are a real treat for anyone that comes to visit. Lots of deer, birds, and other wildlife can be seen out and about. Bring your telescope and binoculars to view all the property has to offer! Note that we are always working to improve our slice of heaven, thus we do have tools, vehicles, and equipment stored around the farm that if not used now will be one day. We appreciate your understanding that some areas are used for our personal / farm storage. If you're not into looking at our farmware, there are a few nearby campgrounds.
The hot tub is located next to the owner's home. Guests are welcome to use this at any time but must reserve and pay for a time slot. * Book this through the Extras *
We are within walking distance of Swatara State Park and close to the Appalachian Trail. Short drive to the local winery, bowling alley, pub/diner, and movie theater. Grocery stores and gas are also nearby. Miles of hiking, rail trail, single-track mountain biking, and kayaking are all right here! See our kayak and bike rentals under extras!
Hershey Park is approximately a 30-minute drive from our location. Rausch Creek, Anthracite, and Reading off-road areas are also nearby.

The camp sites on our farm are dry (for now) but we DO have a toilet that is cleaned regularly right by the sites. We have three leveled gravel RV/Camper spots, which are large compared to most campgrounds. The sites are pull through for most RVs and Trailers. We provide fire rings and campfire wood (assuming we have it available). Our farm is an operational farm with livestock and you will be camping right by our horse pasture. Our location is convenient. We are right off of I-81 and State route 22. Minutes from Hersheypark, Hollywood Casino and Penn National Race Course, The PA Renaissance Faire, as well as Ft. Indiantown Gap and Memorial Lake State Park. If you are a hiker, the Appalachian Trail is minutes from our farm. Our sites are easy access off the main road. We are in a friendly agricultural neighborhood with very little traffic or noise other than the light hum of I-81 in the distance. Wildlife is plentiful in our area and you can hike from our farm to Levitz Community Park (or drive if you prefer) to interact some great nature or have a picnic. My husband, dog, and I loved our short overnight stay in the treehouse! It was very cute and cozy even in the cold temperatures. Our dog liked walking along the dirt road and watching the farm animals (from afar of course). We would love to stay again!

I had an amazing time camping on Scott's property! Very peaceful! Multiple campsites , some in the open and some secluded. I felt extremely safe & alone despite a few houses being visible in the far background. This is a great place to solo camp or even bring kids. Please be wear there are hunters out and its alot of them. So you may hear gunshots and dogs but thats what the outdoors is all about! 10 out of 10 !

Everything was awesome. The little cabin stayed so warm and was the perfect size for our family of three plus our doggo!
The land was beautiful. Theresa and her husband were both so kind. We loved meeting their farm of animals. And she was easy to get a hold of and easy to chat with. We will definitely be going back. The porta potty is a short walk and they are working on a bunch of upgrades in the cabin too. The emus are wonderful and sweet, we visited them multiple times a day. I could go on and on. 100% recommended for an upgraded camping experience. Look forward to trying them out in warmer weather too!

Bill helped the team with detailed instructions on smoker. Wood was made available at all sites and Bill & Erin even helped by making fires for the different lodging areas. Our time in the treehouse was magical. It was my 13 year old son and I. He is 6’1” and he was able to comfortably sleep in the loft. Bill and everyone at Fairview Farms was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The stargazing was phenomenal; I highly recommend a dip in the hot tub under the stars. I would recommend bringing a heated blanket in the colder months. I brought ours and it was the perfect mix of cold and snuggly warm. There is a heater that works like a charm, with the blanket we only used it during the day.

Beautiful property! Everything was pristine. The site was paved and level. Hookups are located right next to it. The furniture provided around the fire ring and the picnic table by the site are awesome. The fire ring is the perfect distance away from the site, so no smoke can go through windows.
