Learn more about this land: Enjoy a waterfront view of Lake Erie 105 feet above the water! This quiet private area is surrounded by forest with a beautiful view of Lake Erie. It’s off the main road on a dead end road with no authorized access, situated at the back of a 12 acre property. The camp site is ____ sqft plus a path that can be walked on through the forest (there is some private property and private areas around the camp site that should not be accessed, they will be marked) The 5th wheel trailer with 2 single beds can be combined into a double bed. The trailer has many amenities including, a fridge/freezer, bell satellite TV, Stereo system, Kitchen with some supplies, potable water, toilet with a septic system, outdoor furniture, propane bbq, 2 burner hot plate, picnic table, and fire-pit. Many chairs to sit at both the fire-pit and deck, the trailer has a retractable awning that can be used to provide more shade for the deck There is no direct beach access, however, the beach is 5 mins driving time to Port Bruce, 15 mins to Port Stanley or 25 mins to Port Burwell The trailer is an older 5th wheel in livable condition, set in the forest, the trailer has signs of aging, there are animals that call the forest their home, we do the best we can to keep them out but animals will be animals it is not luxury, but very comfy, quiet and peaceful It does have its limitations No heat, no hot water, no WiFi, no shower, no oven, no stove, no microwave The water pump switch has to be turned on and off during use Some phone service providers work better than others on site As the property is on the edge of the cliff at the back, please use common sense when close to the edge, the edges are not meant to be stood on, it is quite safe if you don’t go right to the edge if you are looking to turn it off for a few days, get away from busy city life for a weekday/weekend or just simply reconnect with nature- this is the place!” Any questions please feel free to ask We look forward to hosting you!

LOCATION - Right in the 'Banana Belt' as they call our region (lots of sunshine) - Close to the 401 (but not too close) - Close to town (but not too close) - Close to the popular attractions like Rondeau Park (but not too close) ;) At our organic farm we like to give our campers lots of space so each camper can enjoy waking up by the sounds of the birds and a stunning sunrise.  FACILITIES We have a beautiful organic farm and a few spots for you to stay alongside (or in) our fields. You really get off grid here. We have water to fill up your tank and 30 amp electricity. There's wifi near the house. And for a small fee you can get  wood for a campfire. For swimming we recommend the beautiful beaches in Rondeau Park, only a few minutes away! Also, you can walk or cycle to town for an ice cream or groceries. THINGS TO DO * Book an oil painting session for 35,- (Pay upon arrival. Excl. water mixable oil paint, but available in our store). Learn painting like the old masters! * Nearby there's plenty to do. Welcome Hipcampers to Esterville Road in Southern Ontario where acres of farmland awaits you. This countryside glows green in the light of a bright sun, with the rustic wind that speaks of the olden days, as you're nestled along side a hayfield. Whether you'd like to experience a stay in the country, or just go back to your roots for an evening or two. Here at Crossroads you will have lots of parking, and close to your teepee tent which is 7' x 7', inside your tent will be a double airmattress. We provide a full bathroom with a stand up shower which is possibly shared with other guests as we also have cabins and vintage trailer to accomodate guests like you, and a port-a-jon is on site. At the restroom you will find a drinking water hose for your water needs. An outdoor cooler is beside your tent (don't forget the ice) and a comfy bench to relax at. Nearby you will find trails, boat launch, Oil Museum, eagle/deer sightings, grocery, local food, banks, parks. Or if ya'd just like to stay and join us at Crossroad Saloon (on property) to kick back and watch T.V. and tunes in the a/c! If you have a well-behaved fur friend please contact myself to discuss your pets stay, we understand as Crossroads is home to 2 barncats and a puppy.
