Our home sits on a 1/4 acre with a big, fully-fenced backyard right next to a greenbelt. The RV parking space is located in the backyard where guests can enjoy the large patio, fire pit, and inflatable hot tub. 30 amp electrical power hookup (no water hookup, but access to water). Property is minutes away from all the essentials including grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, coffee shops, etc. Conveniently located near Hwy 9 and Hwy 2. Just what we needed

19 ft travel trailer · With pets

A nice place to spend the night before bringing our travel trailer in for repairs. The yard was fully fenced for our two pups. The yard was relatively easy to get in and out of. The highlight was how close to Snohomish this location is- about a 10-15 minute drive. We enjoyed a nice river walk and dinner in town. The only disappointment was that there was no functioning hot tub as advertised.

Great Spot especially for dogs!

What a great spot! The fenced backyard was large and very inviting. The fireplace was nice. We felt very safe and secure and would recommend this spot again. Electric and water hookups were great. Only downside was no hookup for the Sewer. Thank you Erica and family for making us feel welcome!

Peaceful spot

Great little backyard spot! Very accommodating hosts, even with me arriving late after a wedding. Would definitely stay here again.
