What a fantastic experience!
10 m fifth wheel · With pets
WOW! What a fantastic stay! John and his wife... and they're young son... are so friendly and accommodating! They have a beautiful, expansive piece of land, with plenty of room to explore, and appreciate the beauty of Eastern Washington. We, and our dogs, so needed the expanse and peace not typical of full-time RV'ing. Great respite from crowded resorts and campgrounds. And the nights were so quiet! Although the location of the RV pad itself was dusty (uncommon dryness for the season), the surrounding property had plenty of forested area, with green, mowed trails for our walks... and several ponds. And there was even a Moose that frquented the property, which was fantastic! We came upon him only a couple times, and he seemed just as interested in staying away from us, as we were of him.. so it was still a great experience for someone not accustomed to seeing such a huge animal. No matter the dusty condition anyway though, because one of the very best parts of our stay, was that our hosts gave us access to their green-houses and gardens, which were directly next to the RV site... and I've never been so happy over fresh veggies. They were AMAZIMG, and the different varieties was actually exciting, getting to try new things! John was even gracious enough to help me out of a small mechanical jam I was exoeriencing with my truck, on travel day! We were actually sad, for the 1st time in forever, to be moving on!

Peace and Quiet with Ample Space
10 m travel trailer
John’s place exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for somewhere that is peaceful and quiet and has plenty of walking area to stretch your, or your pets, legs I would highly recommend staying here. John was also kind enough to tell me what was ripe in the garden if I’d like to harvest some myself. The walking areas are kept mowed down, and my dog loved the green grass where there otherwise wouldn’t be. It’s also a very short drive into town. Spot is level, easy in and out, and the wifi extender is right on the power post so you have great internet service if you need it. Also is plenty of room to park right next to your rig. I would highly recommend giving John’s place a stop if you’re in the area or just passing through.
