Learn more about this land: The front half of our property is cozy and quiet. Very rural setting but only 3 miles from Snohomish. Lush greenery, tall trees, bird songs and privacy. Park like setting with beautiful surroundings. Large cedars, firs, hemlocks and a long existing native landscape. A one acre overgrown wetland separates the camping area from the private residence and workshop. We encourage QUIET camping in fully self contained small RVs. We DISCOURAGE car and tent camping. Please RESPECT the property and the neighbors by leaving no trace.The front half of our property is cozy and quiet. Very rural setting but only 3 miles from Snohomish. We are best suited for smaller fully self-contained minivans and or mini trailers. The grounds can be soft and uneven. No GENERATORS please. PLEASE BE QUIET

Nice spot not far from town. I had no trouble finding it, they have little signs to follow. I was the only one camped here on a Monday night, so my experience was quiet and peaceful.
