This campsite offers a peaceful retreat nestled in a quiet, wooded neighborhood with convenient access to trails and river spots. Campers appreciate the full hookups and enjoy relaxing in the cozy hammocks. The area is well-maintained and the hosts are responsive to any inquiries. However, some visitors noted issues with mosquitoes and the proximity of neighboring houses.

Great location, lots of activities

We really loved walking the trails in the neighborhood and riding bikes to the river access. Some wild turkeys visited a few times and the neighbors all seemed really friendly. It was nice to be so close to Plain for food, coffee, and we even made it to the winery.

We had a great time, it is very quiet and calm. The hammocks are a great touch and there are full hookups so very convenient. Wenatchee state park 15minutes drive and river access 5minutes walk, great way to end the day!

Great Experience

The campsite is located in a beautiful wooded neighborhood with river access & walking trails. Electric, water & sewer hookup is a bonus. It’s about a half hour drive to Leavenworth but the cute town of Plain is nearby with a small grocery & hardware/gift store. We would definitely camp here again.

This is not a traditional campground. It is a small lot in someone's backyard. The host was very nice.

Overall, the site was OK. At the price point, I expected a bit more than what we found - a gravel driveway, a reasonably level parking spot, and full hookups. The hammock and hammock chair were enjoyable. The fire pit was quite nice, but due to the windy weather we decided against a fire two of the three nights. The mosquitos were thick around sundown - bring deet.
