SITE 1: Bring your own RV and enjoy the views of surrounding farms and the Iron Mountains. This property is located 10 minutes from two nationally known trails - the Appalachian Trail and Virginia Creeper Trail, and is surrounded by neighboring farms that back up to the Mount Rogers National Recreation Area. Guests have access to the carport, grill, water spigot, and WiFi. SITE 2: Cozy up in our 1997 Ford Bus converted into a comfortable glamping stay. Nestled in Southwest Virginia mountains, this unique stay is located 10 minutes from Damascus, VA, the Appalachian Trail, and Virginia Creeper Trail. Guests can enjoy the slower paced life by watching the neighboring cattle farms, unwind in the carport, or setup a campfire in on the property. Bus Features A/C and electricity for your convivence, a full sized memory foam mattress, and portable kitchen setup. A Port-a-Jon is provided as a restroom. This glamping experience is located in a DRIVEWAY. Guests may park directly behind the Bus. PLEASE NOTE - This is not a secluded property. The neighboring property fence is approximately 30 feet from this bus. Three DOGS reside on this property. They remain in a fenced area not accessible for campers. ADDITIONAL SERVICES**** Paid via pay pal . * Laundry service can be added for $10.00 a load - the host will do this for you so you can enjoy your vacation! * Firewood can be purchased for $8.00 a bundle
