Paraiso del Canyon is our little piece of paradise, a 6.5-acre homesite tucked away in a heavily wooded area. Enjoy the seclusion of this 32-foot RV, one Queen bedroom with a full pull out couch accommodating up to 4 people. This pet friendly site is hidden from the home on site where the hosts live.
Outdoor-the RV site boasts a fire pit, outside cook stove, BBQ essentials, hanging lights, bluetooth radio/speakers in/outside, fully fenced to allow dogs, owner has dogs/cats also, and relax in the reclining lawn chairs.
Indoor-fully stocked kitchen, microwave, 3 burner stove, dinette, flat screen TV with fire stick, 2 heated/massage lounge chairs, electric fireplace, bathroom with a shower, Queen size extra thick extra comfy foam mattress in bedroom. Keurig coffee maker with coffee/cream/sugar, basic toiletries, and towels provided.
Property-enjoy goats, chickens within walking distance, fresh eggs upon request if available for cooking.
Five miles away is Canyon Lake, Texas, is recognized as “The Jewel” of the Texas Hill Country. It’s a fitting honorary title for this community because it’s a true gem of the Lone Star State. Its location, on the Guadalupe River, makes it a great place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. White-tailed deer, foxes, roadrunners, and other wildlife can be spotted along the Guadalupe River.
Canyon Lake is known for water recreation. There is outdoor recreation, including hiking trails and parks. It has eight park areas for people to camp, swim, boat, and picnic. Bank fishing is also available in all of these parks.
4 miles away is New Braunfels is home to not just one, but two beautiful rivers – the Guadalupe and the Comal. Texas is known for its water recreation, but nothing beats the heat like a float trip!

A scenic stretch of road runs alongside the water, with several river crossings between New Braunfels and Canyon Lake. This stretch is known as the Hill Country Coast and features wonderful attractions.
The rivers are open for floating 7 days a week, dependent on good tubing conditions. The water released from Canyon Lake into the Guadalupe River fluctuates depending on periodic drought conditions. River conditions, river flow, and water levels often vary.
Contact one of the preferred New Braunfels River Outfitters for current river conditions and float times. Outfitters make floating the river easy by offering tube rentals, shuttle rides to and from your vehicle, and more convenient services.

Situated along a one-mile stretch of the spring-fed Blanco River, the small but mighty Blanco State Park is very family-friendly, offering the spectacular Falls Dam, nature trails, fishing, tubing, kayaking, and deep water for a good, refreshing swim. The stocked river is teeming with largemouth and Guadalupe bass, catfish, sunfish, and rainbow trout, and can be an excellent place for beginning anglers (you can even borrow equipment for free).
Considered one of the finest state parks in Texas, Guadalupe River State Park combines with Honey Creek State Natural Area to provide nearly 5,000 acres of preserved natural land. The Guadalupe River is a key attraction for visitors to wade, swim, kayak, and canoe. Check out the park’s 13 miles of hike and bike trails, or bring the kids to the hands-on Discovery Center.
