A seaside serenity for adventurous souls! Escape and enjoy coastal living with sun-drenched days, ocean breezes, and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. We are a private RV pad situated steps away from the beach, as the ocean is literally your front yard in the quirky little fishing town of Sargent, Texas. Although it’s technically an RV “Pad,” it’s one of the best places to stay for a calming waterfront experience. There are numerous outdoor activities available, including fishing, swimming, walking, shell collecting, bird watching, photography, and many more. Come and feel the magic of the Waterfront locale!!! The coordinates are 28° 47' 15 "N, 95° 34' 51" W. Location Private Road 683, Sargent, Texas 77414.The driveway to the RV pad is 60 feet by 15 feet, constructed with crushed concrete and bordered by railroad ties. The RV pad is made of extra-thick concrete and measures 35 feet by 15 feet, suitable for larger motorhomes. There is approximately 1,000 square feet or more of yard. Amenities include full hookups 30/50 AMP, Sewer, Water, Internet, Picnic Table, and Grill. There is direct access to the beach, as the RV pad faces directly to the beach.
