Gidgea Flats
Beautiful spot
Our stay was great! Our camp site was beautiful with plenty of space and close to the water and toilets. Lindsay was a wonderful host, especially driving us to and from the rodeo. The kids had a amazing time, they got to feed farm horses and cows and even see a baby calf. We would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

I loved camping in my camper van, showers was clean. Lots of toilets around. Lindsay went above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Free kayaks to go up and down on. Great for kids.

Run down and messy
The property is run down and is not inviting. Quite frankly it is not nice. The house where you first arrive is a dump and it's hard to believe that people actually live in it - there's junk everywhere and very untidy. It's their house I guess, and none of my business, but it's a clear sign of how the rest of the property is maintained. The property is overgrown, messy and junk scattered around the place. The owners were friendly enough and showed us to our site but the route to get there was rocky and was not very direct - had to weave through multiple gates and farmyard junk. There are random untidy shacks with people living in them (?) scattered around the property that makes it look like a 'trailer park'. Overall, you can see they do not have an eye for detail and don't understand how to create a welcoming and pleasant place for campers. The location and proximity to Warwick is probably the best part about it i.e. it's close to Warwick town which is handy. When we were there, the flies were terrible (arguably not much the owners can do about this I suppose). Overall, I would not go back.
