We are located in the middle of the Glass House Mountains with wonderful views of Mt Coonowrin. It is a great spot for scenic photography, a base to explore the many hikes and climbs from in the surrounding National Parks. This site is located in the middle of the Glass House Mountains with wonderful views of Mt Coonowrin. Note: This site does not have any toilet or shower facilities so you will need to be a self-contained camper and bring your own. You can bring your own firewood from local service stations or other sources to be used in the firepit. Bring your hiking gear, your mountain bike and definitely bring your camera as the views are stellar. The craggy peaks of the Glass House Mountains tower above the surrounding landscape. They are so significant that they are listed on the Queensland and National Heritage Register as a landscape of national significance. Walking tracks lead through a variety of open forests to lookouts with panoramic views of the mountains. Some tracks are suitable for all levels of fitness and others include more challenging grades including rock scrambling skills. There are other challenging summit routes and climbing sites for experienced rockclimbers and abseilers. Or you might want to pull up a hammock and just laze the day away.This site is located in the middle of the Glass House Mountains with wonderful views of Mt Coonowrin. It is a great spot for scenic photography, a base to explore the many hikes and climbs from in the surrounding National Parks.  Note: This site does not have any toilet or shower facilities. BYO Firewood, or purchase some from the local service stations

Gorgeous place. We were alone, surrounded by a beautiful park with a wonderful view. We did not meet Pim in person but messaging worked very well. We'll be back

Peaceful space, all to ourselves with uninterrupted views of Mt Coonowrin! Centrally located to all walks and a tavern with great reasonably priced food at Glasshouse Mountain township. A 5/5 low cost campsite in Glasshouse Mountains!

It was a beautiful spot looking at a spectacular Mount Coonowrin. The bird life was amazing. While it was close to the road, it was not too noisy for us. Thanks Pim for sharing your place with us.

Scenic and private
Pim's Hipcamp is on a beautiful piece of private land, very scenic and peaceful. Pim is a very nice person. The site is well looked after. The property is nearby Glasshouse Mountain walks. Highly recommend.

Great to have the place to ourself. Very well maintained. Flat gravel spot if needed or further up if you can level up. So good to have a lovely view and opportunity to have a fire. Very peaceful. Yes it's close to a road but it's not a busy road. We enjoyed our overnight stay .
