Learn more about this land: Expect full bilingualism (French/English) Welcome to our property located in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, about 40 minutes from Sherbrooke , 15 min from Magog and 10 minutes from the Vermont border. Part of the land is designated as a national healing forest for indigenous people - the only such forest in Quebec.  INDIGENOUS CAMPING IS ENCOURAGED AT NO CHARGE. About the Property: We have a one-acre pond that you can bob around in or take out a canoe to paddle in. At night, the pond has a group of frogs that provide a symphony of music with crickets as their background singers. We allow campfires at night - please be fire safe. Fitch Bay is only a 5-minute drive and there are pontoon rides available. We have breathtaking views all over our property and the history of the land is rich. We even have a covered bridge for you to explore.  About the Listing: We only allow for one group of Hipcampers at a time, so you are guaranteed a peaceful and private stay. A flush toilet and shower are provided for you during your stay. Potable water, a picnic table, some basic kitchen amenities, and garbage bins are provided.   This is the ideal place for some rest and relaxation, meditation, and quiet time to recharge.  Just one visit to the Eastern Townships and we know you’ll fall in love. Une partie du territoire est une forêt nationale désignée à la guérison pour les peuples autochtones - la seule forêt de ce genre au Québec. À propos de la propriété : Nous avons un étang d'un acre dans lequel vous pouvez vous promener ou prendre un canoë pour pagayer. La nuit, l'étang est habité par un groupe de grenouilles qui offrent une symphonie de musique avec des grillons comme chanteurs de fond. Nous autorisons les feux de camp la nuit - veuillez être vigilants contre les incendies. Fitch Bay est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture et des promenades en ponton sont disponibles. Nous avons une vue imprenable sur toute notre propriété et l'histoire de la terre est riche. Nous avons même un pont couvert à explorer. À propos de l’annonce : Nous n'autorisons qu'un seul groupe de “Hipcampers” à la fois, vous avez donc la garantie d'un séjour paisible et privé. Des toilettes à chasse d'eau et une douche sont mises à votre disposition pendant votre séjour. De l'eau potable, une table de pique-nique, quelques équipements de cuisine de base et des poubelles sont fournis. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se reposer, se détendre, méditer et se ressourcer au calme. Une seule visite dans les Cantons-de-l'Est et nous savons que vous tomberez amoureux.
