Cornerstone Ranch is a beautiful 500 acre property on the Rogue River, and bordering the Pacific Ocean. The ranch offers campsites, as well as a yurt. Horses are welcome, as well pets.
From the South GPS is very accurate to our driveway. Coming from the North, GPS may drop you at "Marchmont Farm". Keep driving about another 1/8th mile until you see the large "Cornerstone Ranch" sign. That is our driveway.
The large Yurt Tent about a 20 foot oval. It is part of the Cornerstone Ranch Hip Camp family of sites on the Ranch totaling 7. In a very quiet part of the campgrounds and having a picnic table under a large pine. We have added 2 twin memory foam mattresses and two camping mattresses in the Yurt along with a few other things to make your stay comfortable while still enjoying the Ranch, Coast and the Rogue River and all it has to offer.
The ranch also offers 6 different campsites. Campfires are allowed (outside of burn bans), and there is a toilet on site as well.
Reviews from guests: "During the night we could hear Elk and the nearby nature! When we woke up we got to visit with the horses, use the really clean port-potty, and chat with Bonnie the Host! She has tons of recommendations, but our favorite was the Indian creek cafe across the river. The areas so great and clean and the host cares about her guests! Would recommend!"
We loved staying at Bonnie and Chris’s! Very quiet and relaxing. Lucked out with clear skies and beautiful stars! Thanks we would highly recommend staying on their property
This was an amazing camping spot! We went in January and had the whole place to ourselves. The host immediately greeted us and got us situated when we arrived. The property is gorgeous and getting to wake up in the morning to the sounds of neighs from the horses was amazing. It was a short 10 min drive to Gold Beach and fantastic spot to be based to explore the area from.
The ranch itself was beautiful and the trees and open area made it feel very calm. The sound of the creek really added to the tranquility!
I would absolutely camp here again!
A lovely space. Was only there late night left early morning so I can't tell you much more. Clean out house, level parking, and horses that came to talk to me.
We enjoyed peaceful site #6. It also got morning sun, which we appreciated. (1 through 3 were in deep shade in the morning.) We also enjoyed meeting the friendly barn cats and seeing the horses in their pastures.
