Enjoy being in the Trail Capital of Canada with biking trails nearby and hiking trails (designated as the first Urban National Park in Canada) at the end of our driveway. Whether you live five minutes or five hours from us, our private ten acres will allow you to relax, de-stress, and reconnect with nature. If you're new to camping and forget something, we are only a two km walk to town. A small walking trail meanders through our property and we are avid birders, having once owned a wild bird nature shop We welcome any self contained travel trailer or RV's.   Enjoy use of horseshoe pits, basketball net, open space for games (e.g. soccer, bocce, frisbee, badminton, etc.) We welcome inquiries and look forward to hosting you.

Nice quiet and intimate spot, we were quickly directed to our spot by the host. Pretty much exactly what we were looking for.

Bob and Trish were super helpful, super friendly, and super considerate. The property was very nice as well. We camped here while visiting Toronto.

Camp in Canada's Trail Capital
PERFECT hosts and location!
We really enjoyed our stay at Trish and Bob's! We didn't get to meet Bob, but Trish was very warm, welcoming, and accommodating. She provided firewood for us, trimmed a limb from tree we were parked under prevent it from scratching our vehicle, and even loaned me a bike seat to use for my new Ebike (the one it came with very uncomfortable.) Bottom line- you couldn't ask for a better host... As far as the property- The land was very spacious and pretty, and our particular spot was shaded and private, so I didn't have to worry about annoying anyone when we ran our generator. It was very convenient to some beautiful hiking/biking trails including one trailhead we stumbled on in the back of the Walmart parking lot! 😂 That was a first for me. (It's an absolute MUST see!) And their property is close enough to Walmart (along with many other stores and restaurants) to ride a bike... or even walk. Less than a mile, I think... (DO bring your mosquito spray if you visit during the summer months and plan to hang out outside and/or walk/bike any of the trails.) We also loved the proximity to Toronto, which is less than an hour away, and it is definitely worth the drive. We had a great time. I would definitely recommend this host and property to anyone interested in getting out in nature a little and/or visiting Toronto. You won't be disappointed!

Camp in Canada's Trail Capital
Lovely, clean & quiet
Lovely quiet area we stayed the weekend with our travel trailer, alot of open space to enjoy your time there, the hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Our Grandchildren enjoyed themselves too as they weren't restricted to a typical tight camp site to run around on.

Camp in Canada's Trail Capital
We loved our experience on this beautiful property! Bob and Trish went out on their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They even loaned us some tools and answered our questions rapidely. Great location for biking and hiking trails since it's the Trails capital of canada and it's an easy commute to toronto.
