There is space to park a towing vehicle adjacent or near the trailer. As well, there's an open communal area to use around a fire pit surrounded by forest. The communal area has a ring road for easy entering and exiting from the property to the laneway. The laneway also has a couple of passing spots.
Next to the pond there's an open grassed area for cooperative games.
There is access to the beach at Black Pond Rd. There's an outdoor cooking area there up top on the embankment. There is access to the beach and lake there as well (gravel grade pathway done). The town of Goderich is 5km north with all amenities and has a beautiful public beach area. Bayfield is 11 kms south and is a trending beach community with lots of shops and restaurants. Point Farms Provincial Park is 5 km north of Goderich as well.
