Hiking, biking, exploring caves, swimming, fishing, Kayaking and boating are some of the activities within walking distance of the Robyn's Nest Blairhampton Golf Club and Gull River Golf Club are just minutes away Local restaurants include Millpond (Carnarvon) ,Minden 50's Diner, Suwan's Thai Cuisine, Mark's Chinese, Godfather's Pizza, Subway and Dominion Hotel Pub are located in nearby Minden A Farmer/Crafters market is in town every Saturday. Renowned Kawartha Dairy is close by, with a lot of great activities for all.Come enjoy 6 sloping acres located next to the world-class Minden Wild Water Reserve! Choose from two sites featuring a firepit and picnic tables, as well as a large communal pit at the lower section. Recommended for RVs 25 feet or less if you're towing. The sites are perfect for toy haulers and weekends around the lake with your ATVs. The lake is right across the road, perfect for kayakers! Within walking distance to our land you can enjoy hiking, biking, exploring caves, swimming, fishing, and boating. There is golfing down down the road, and you are encouraged to bring your 4X4. We are located only a 6-minute drive to town. We recommend the Mill Pub Restaurant and the Rhubarb only 10-15 minutes west. A Farmer/Crafters market is in town every Saturday. Renowned Kawartha Dairy is close by, with a lot of great activities for all. We look forward to hosting you!

Robyn's Nest Horseshoe Lake

We decided to visit this campsite on a whim, and it turned out to be a great decision! From the moment we arrived, Ron and Robyn, the hosts, including their family were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our weekend started off as a bit of a bust, but staying here completely turned it around. The campsite itself was well-maintained, peaceful, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was relaxed, and it was clear that Ron and Robyn put a lot of care into ensuring their guests have a great experience. We can't recommend this place enough! If you're looking for a friendly, welcoming campsite to enjoy, this is definitely be a great choice.

Amazing Spot!!

Amazing camp trip, gracious hosts, private spot under the stars. Great little hiking trails and lakes/ rapids in the area and beautiful property. Would definitely recommend:) They even have flushable toilets. 5 gold stars!!
