This is a very private little slice of heaven that I've been pleased to steward for over 20 years. If you love the sound of frogs singing, and bullfrogs plucking their banjo strings, red-winged blackbirds trilling, you will love it here. The property is literally right across the road from the Mono Cliffs Provincial Park which boasts amazing trails, views and features the Niagara Escarpment. The 4-acre pond/wetland is designated 'Provincially Significant' by the Ministry of Natural Resources and is an important part of the Nottawasaga Watershed. This area is renowned for its terrain - the fields are rolling and the views are quite special. You will enjoy a private firepit and private overlook at the pond with hammock. The site isn't visible from the road. Our house is visible from the site but far enough away as to not disturb one another. We have a newly added outhouse with lighting that will make your stay comfortable.My 10-acre property is adjacent to Mono Cliffs Provincial Park and many other hiking and biking trails. 4-acre pond/marsh which is excellent for kids to find turtles and such when they are nesting, etc. Excellent birdwatching by the pond - ducks, geese, and occasionally swans. Private firepit, and private overlook at the pond with hammock. The site isn't visible from the road. Our house is visible from the site but far enough away as to not disturb one another. UPDATE: We have just added a brand new outhouse! Friendly dogs are welcome! If you are hiking the Bruce Trail which is very close by, I'm happy to be an "Uber Driver" to drop you off or pick you up for a fee. There are also horse shoe pits on the north side of the property which you are welcome to use.

The stay was great, even though it was cold and raining. (C’est la vie) It was very close by to mono cliffs which meant I could hike for hours and be close to my camp site.

an adventure worth sharing

Good place to enjoy with campfire and ambiance. Wonderful, kind and very approchable host. There are chairs, tables and water hose in the site provided. The area is clean including the bathroom. Me and my friend had a lovely and relaxed time. I definitely recommend Donna's campsite and for sure will come back! Thank You Donna

Premium Destination for Hiker’s

This is my third year visiting Donna’s property and as always I thoroughly enjoy my experience. Her land is beautiful and private. Nature is prevalent. The proximity to Mono Cliffs Provincial Park and the Bruce trail makes this location premium. Donna is a gem. Highly recommend!
