Provided - small fridge, small futon bed 44" x 71" with weight MAX 500lbs. Please make note of this. Basic cutlery; crockery provided. Small fridge, Keurig, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, utensils. Coffee pods, tea, condiments. Firewood all provided. NO PETS; NO SERVICE/THERAPY PETS; NO KIDS. Water is NOT POTABLE, so you must bring own drinking water. Also, no shower.
