A beautiful, peaceful oasis with 7 acres on the Niagara Escarpment, in the middle of Silver Creek Conservation Area. Hike in from the Bruce Trail (the Roberts Side Trail runs to the property). Enjoy our trees and gardens that surround our charming old stone farmhouse. Trampoline available (with permission). Trees, field, wildlife, campfire - our small piece of paradise. Near horseback riding. Close to Georgetown and Erin. Camper vans and RVs may park in driveway (not long term), and there is room for several tents. If you are through-hiking and want some meat or other goodies for the campfire (we have a grill), let us know what you'd like a week in advance, and we'll have it ready for you at cost (cash only, please).

Loved it!
We really enjoyed our experience! The host was so lovely and kind, and really made us feel so welcome. It rained while we were there, and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The space was so beautiful and peaceful, it was a real oasis away from the city.

Beautiful property and perfect location to hit the trails! Many sights to see in the area including waterfalls and charming villages.

Rockstar Hosts and Beautiful Space
Nancy and Kemp are wonderful hosts and their property is in a beautiful spot with several options for tent locations. We had a great time around the campfire and hiking trails right from the back of their yard onto the Silver Creek Conservation Area. There are cool rock formations, and lots of moss and fungi to see very close by. They provided us with water we needed it, were generous with the firewood, and we had fun sharing our nachos with them!

Wonderful, welcoming hosts with a great location. We arrived after a long day of driving and found it easy to relax and sleep in this peaceful spot.

Our family booked this site because of the location. Our three kids had a great time, the trampoline and fire were a hit. Beautiful property with access to the Bruce Trail. I can’t say enough good things about Nancy and Kemp. The hospitality was top notch and they are very accommodating. Thanks again for a wonderful night
