We've reduced our pricing for the fall, starting Sept 15th! Welcome to our hidden oasis! We're a 2025 Canadian Hipcamp Newcomer Award Winner! Thanks to all our awesome guests! This is quite an honour, only 8 Newcomer Awards were given to the over 500,000 Hipcamp sites. Our 14 acre property is a quiet oasis on several biking trails (G2G, Cottonwood Road, Trans Canada Trail) and a very short drive to famous Elora (7 min) and St. Jacobs (20 min), access to several Grand River launch sites, many nearby hiking trails, and countless Mennonite farmers markets with fresh produce, baked goods, meats, cheeses, and preserves. There is really something for everyone around here. We have a beautiful green acreage with a picturesque pond, next to Cox Creek and privacy with open and treed space and the promise of gorgeous sunsets almost every night. We have fire pits, picnic tables, Muskoka chairs and plenty of firewood. There is plenty of space for tents, and/or RVs. Check out the individual listings for more details about each site. We strive to give you a tranquil experience in a beautiful space where you can enjoy relaxing days close to nature, have space to play games, have a paddle around the pond, or seek out the many surrounding activities. A couple notes about the property: You may encounter property owners (that's us!) and our kids enjoying a walk with their friendly dogs unleashed, picking berries, playing a game or doing yard work near your site and around the property. We hope you don't mind. We aim to give you a lot of privacy, so we aren't going to be around all the time, don't worry. But this is a shared space, that we want to enjoy alongside you and we really hope you enjoy it as much as we do! We'll definitely say hi if we see you but we won't overstay our welcome!

Creekside RV And Tent (Site #1)

100%
(54)
RV/tent site · Sleeps 4 · Vehicles under 45 ft
Experience the unique Elora countryside, with its many local amenities. This site is right next to the water, in a flat grassy area with some tree cover and plenty of space to pitch a tent, dining tent and/or RV. There is a treed fence row on one side and a pond and creek on the other. A large fire pit, picnic table and toilet is nearby. There is no electrical hookup or potable water. There is an RV dumping station at the Elora Gorge Conservation Area about 5km away. Guests will have plenty of space to themselves, with the other Creekside site a good 50 meters away, with a screen of mixed fir trees to provide ample privacy. The acres around the pond is a hidden oasis. We’ve had overwhelmingly positive reviews about the sites. Additionally, we’ve reduced the capacity of each site to help ensure our sites provide the tranquil experience you are seeking. If you want to book for more people we recommend booking both Creekside sites, as tranquility is our first goal for our guests. The 3rd site, away from the pond, is pretty far away and almost completely out of view, but its guests may use the pond on occasion. You may encounter property owners enjoying a walk with their dogs out back, picking berries, playing a game or doing yard work nearby and around the property. This is a shared space and we really hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Please read the reviews to get a sense of the overwhelming enjoyment our guests have experienced.

Laura's campsite offers a peaceful and private retreat surrounded by nature. Visitors appreciate the spacious sites, which provide ample privacy even when other campers are present. The pond, wildlife, and scenic views add to the charm, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploration. While most feedback is positive, some guests note the narrow laneway as a minor inconvenience.
