Best time of my camping life
I don't know where to start. Rick was an expectatinal host from the start. Extremely secluded area in the middle of a forest with not a soul in site. When it gets dark you're unable to see your hand in front of your face, the only thing you can see are the fireflys and campfire. (With the expection of solar power lights) But we wanted to full black out experience. overhead is an opening in the trees around the cabin to see every star imaginable, absolutely the best experience camping in my life. Hearing the animals in the distance and cracking of they're steps made the time thrilling yet peaceful. 100/10 I would recommend staying at either of his sites as they're secluded, nothing but privacy and Rick is hands down one of the most down to earth and exceptional hosts you could have the honor of meeting. Thank you again Rick for the Side by side ride for my family to take in the land. I'll be seeing you again real soon!

Pine Forest with Wetlands and Creek
I had a great time at Rick's property , he was very accommodating and reachable if you needed anything. I stayed at the green cottage , however just for preference wise I prefer the site with the air plane as it is more shaded and the cabin was more suitable for me . Overall it was a great time

Remote plane crash with cabin

I booked the site to do some night photography and wasn't disappointed. It's private and quiet, and there's marsh area nearby which is great for viewing the night sky. The plane itself made for some interesting photos and was cosy to sleep in!

Great private cabin
Very quite and private site. Awesome firepit, great little cabin. Basically a slight upgrade to tent camping. We had a great time, and Rick was a fantastic host. Would recommend anybody give this a shot

Remote plane crash with cabin
Remote and peaceful
Very private area, the plane was really cool and roomier than expected. The cabin was a nice reprieve from the rain. The only downside was that the site got really muddy due to the rain- maybe some loose gravel would help. Even though this is next to a marsh, the bugs weren’t bad at all. Very quiet and lots of wildlife at night. Rick was cool.

Cabin Life
I enjoyed Rick's Cabin and we had a great time . Rick was very responsive and helped us with questions or enquiries that we may have had during our stay . It was fairly easy to get to the site . It was a very rainy weekend so we were limited to exploring the property more than we had hoped too . Overall we enjoyed it and the cabin has a nice feel too it along with the fire pit to add that touch ! We definitely will be coming back again !
