Heavens Acres has been a stop over since the 1850's for people travelling by horse from Toronto to Owen Sound. We have 100 acres surrounded by another 200 acres of conservation land. There is camping in the pine forest as well at the very back of the property where you will find a hardwood bush with trails. Please note that the hipcamp map shows a large body of water on the property, as does google driving maps. It is a marsh, not a lake. Google Earth shows it better. There is however, a creek and pond, but don't bring your boat. :) This is a "LEAVE NO TRACE" campsite, so please take all garbage when you leave.

Remote plane crash with cabin
Slept like a dream in the plane cra
Me and my daughter's second time camping on Rick's Hipcamp. It was a great stay and being able to sleep in the plane was a very cool experience. Rick's is a great host and I highly recommend a stay here! Easy access but secluded enough to feel a million miles away from everything

Pine Forest with Wetlands and Creek
Camping in the middle of the woods is a perfect way to connect with the nature. There’s a lot of stars too! Would recommend bringing warm blankets cause it gets really cold inside the cabin. Would def go back!

Remote plane crash with cabin
Exactly what I was looking for. Off grid. There is good cellphone reception in the cabin. Also, the plane crash sleeps one. Outhouse. No showers however.

Secluded and private place
A great place to do camping in the woods. Nice and private place. The outhouse is well maintained. It was raining on & off but we still enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Rick for your warm hospitality.

Beautiful land. You have to bring everything, but it’s worth it. If you like nature, walks, sitting by the fire it would be like a heaven for you.

Great weekend!
Awesome cabin! Rick was a very awesome host! Took us for a rip on his UTV around his bush! He was very helpful if we needed anything! Would definitely recommend this cabin!
