No cottage roads just a private driveway on a paved road, but far enough away that you can’t hear passing traffic. No immediate neighbours give you peace & privacy to enjoy sunny days and beautiful Lake Ontario sunsets on Hay Bay. Easy to get to from the 401 (15 min from Napanee). Our NW-facing cottage is approx.1200 sqft with a covered porch, 2 bdrm and 1 bath. A large yard for games, play structure, pebble beach, dock, 2 paddle boards/kayaks and a water trampoline/slide all for you to enjoy!We provide fresh linens, pillows, blankets and towels. There’s a Keurig in the kitchen, coffee pods, and reusable coffee pods for your own ground coffee. You’ll also find a microwave, tea kettle, blender, air fryer, and a toaster. Outside you'll find a Napoleon BBQ on the deck and all the utensils you need in the kitchen.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser and a large closet.
The second bedroom has two double beds and a large closet with a chest of drawers.
The bathroom has a shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub.
The pebble beach has stone stair access and is a gradual entry to the lake
Rainy afternoon? No problem! There are board games, puzzles and a tv with an Amazon Firestick with Prime Video, Netflix, Discovery+ and Disney+.
Should you need them, baby/children items are available like a pack and play, bath support, toddler toilet seat, step stool, children's dinnerware and a highchair - please request these ahead of time, so they’ll be ready for your arrival, they are not stored in the cottage.

Hay Bay is situated near Greater Napanee in Southwest Ontario. Napanee is approx. a 15-minute drive and has all of the conveniences of a larger town. You’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, and lots of shopping. There’s a farm stand (Marina’s Market) approx. 1 km from the cottage on County Road 8. We’re fortunate to have Hive and Hearthstone as neighbours where you can find the most delicious honey treats, fresh eggs and lots more! Hay Bay is also close to the Glenora Ferry (17km) which will take you to Picton and its wineries and breweries. Kingston is approx. 30 km to the East.
