Perfect option instead of camping.
We had 6 people and it was loads of room.
We arrived at night and we could not see or find the lock box for unit 7. Suggest arriving before dark.

While the location of CabinCo#17 RV is scenic and peaceful, and the bed was cozy, our experience was somewhat mixed. The initial lockbox code provided didn’t work, but we received prompt support to resolve the issue. However, the RV itself felt a bit old and had an unpleasant smell, including the tap water, so we used our own. We also opted to use the clean common washroom across the road rather than the RV’s facilities. Overall, the beautiful surroundings made up for some of the shortcomings.

Clean and well maintained!
Very well maintained!
Got upgraded for free and everything there is exactly as they say it is.
Trailer was perfect. Just far away enough from tobermory that you're not in the fray when you want to relax.
Next to darkness perseve so perfect for star gazing. Close to everything and very well run.

Had a wonderful stay, beautiful spot close to a lot of activities. The park was quiet and very clean. The trailer we stayed in was very clean and inviting. Would recommend 👌

Very nice place! Would go again and would recommend to friends.
The access is easy, no-contact in all aspects - getting the key and getting through the gate. The trailer itself was a bit dated (expected) but fully functional - all the usual nasty moments were O.K. like toilets (clean, working) or holes in moskito nets (none).
We caught some nice fish, my 6 yo daughter got her first bass, and I got a few bigger ones. Location is convenient - short drive to Lion's head lookout, a bit longer north to Tobermory.
Reasonably quiet at night.
Best to offset your expectations off camping experience, not the hotel one - but again, this is clearly communicated.
