Frontier Trails is a family-run Summer Camp for the past 46 years. Family Camping. We host 3 seasons of outdoor ED. and team building available for School, kids’ groups, retreats, weddings, and rental packages. Family Vacations & Reunions. We have100 acres of scenic trails, & 2500’ on the beautiful Bonnechere River. You can rent a trailer, cabin, or cottage, bring your own trailer or tent or you can rent the whole camp for your group or family retreat. We can house up to 150 people and can cater or you can look after your own meals. We have 7 weeks of Day Camp for kids 4-16 with Riding E & W, ESL, and Traditional Programs. 1-7 week stays Climbing wall, archery, canoeing, kayaking, water tramp and blob, trail rides, ESL, sports, and more. Outdoor learning presents opportunities to be challenged by something new, realize an undiscovered talent, and increase confidence and skills TEACHING, FUN, MEMORIES, and FRIENDS.

Dave & Marie's property is such a beautiful landscape. It's huge, and there's lots of options for activities, especially for the kids! We brought our own trailer and got a site with lots of space to move around. They were super helpful and accommodating. We stayed 5 nights, and were almost the only ones there most of the time, very quiet. Although, the weekend had a rave going on at the campground down river, so may want to avoid that time if you need less beats at bedtime. Lots of trails to walk around too. Be ready for frogs and snakes!

Beautiful quiet spot on the river with a sandy beach and walking trails around the property. Dave and Marie were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. We’d stay here again.

Great space! A few suggestions...

Overall, we had a great time at this site! The grounds/beach were very clean, the hosts comunicated well, and it was great to have access to washrooms and showers too. It was quieter than we expected as well, which was a plesant surprise. The ground was loose (wood chips), which helped with rain drainage - plan to bring extra long tent stakes to make sure your tent/lines are well pinned down. The only suggestion I would make is to confirm your set up/amount of people can be accomodated in your assigned spot. We found it to be a little small for our group, but that could have been discussed before going.

Everything you need for a weekend away! Will be back with our daughter and new baby next summer! Cute clean little corner trailer, full power, bbq, shower , hot running water and the beach is nice and clean well kept and the water is beautiful. Don’t forget all the rental options for water toys!

Amazing camping experience

We spend a great time with my wife during a long weekend in the resort. It was very pleasant and quiet camping experience, all the amenities were available and on an easy access, the staff was very attentive: Chris was very attentive and fast with providing a good service, Mary and Dave were very hostile, polite and friendly. We highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend quality time with their family and the nature! Looking forward to visit you back soon. Ilya and Alesia
