Take it easy at this unique, tranquil getaway that's just a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach where it's always easy to find a private spot to relax - and even a shady spot.
This cool glamping site is located within an amazing and large seasonal park that boasts fantastic amenities like an olympic size pool, a restaurant, mini golf, pickleball and horseshoes - all yours to enjoy and included with your stay.
Firewood and ice can be purchased when the office is open - 9 to 5 daily.
The cute, comfy bunkie has a queen bed, air conditioning and everything you need for cooking and barbecuing and relaxing by the campfire.The glamping site contains a bunkie with queen size bed, covered gazebo with privacy curtains, firepit, a porch to relax on, and a parking spot.
The bunkie has a very comfortable queen bed, air conditioning and 2 windows that open. You'll find all of the basics for cooking, barbecuing and dining. We will also have a few board games and deck of cards.
There is a covered gazebo where you can cook and relax around the dining room table. There is also a porch which is a nice area to read.
We have chairs to relax by the fire and beach chairs to take to the beach although there are often chairs at the beach for your use.
There is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, with a burner, a toaster and a mini fridge. All cooking should be done outside. Inside, you are welcome to use the coffee maker and microwave oven. We also have a fireplace grill if you want to cook on an open fire.
It's a 3 minute walk to public bathrooms and showers, where wait times are a rarity. After 9 pm the washrooms are locked but there is a white gate key that will be left for you to open the door. There is also an outhouse style toilet on site, for your convenience and a wash station.
There is a cottage on the lot that will never be occupied or used in any way during your stay.
The bunkie does not come with bed linens or towels but you can rent them for $20 and we will make up the bed for you and leave towels.
Although the walk to the beach and to the public washrooms is short, the park is large and golf carts are popular here and fun. You can rent the golf cart for a cost of $25 per day and must be rented for every day of your stay, if you wish to rent one. Just let us know. You must be over 18 to drive the golf cart and the speed limit is 10 km per hour.
There is no hot water on the site, but there is in the public washrooms. There is a wash basin to do dishes. You can heat up water using the kettle and use the water from the green container. When finished washing dishes, discard the water in the laneway, not down the handwashing sink.
The water cooler is for drinking water.
