This is a secluded 1.0 acre corner lot in Seagate, a private waterfront community located along the Intracoastal Waterway near beautiful and historic Beaufort, North Carolina. The lot has established trees around the perimeter and a gravel driveway for easy entrance. You will have access to the community park and picnic area with firepit, fishing dock and marina with ship's store. The marina has rental and transient slips, boat ramp, gas/diesel and full convenience store with bathrooms and deck overlooking the water. The store carries a wide assortment of sandwiches, microwave foods, ice cream and snacks along with the standard sodas, beer, ice, bait and fishing tackle plus common ship’s store items.Pitch your tent in any of the open areas on the lot, or park your RV near the gravel driveway on the higher elevated areas. The park with picnic area and firepit is a few minutes walk and has a porta potty as well as a fishing dock and BBQ grill. The ship's store and marina is a few minutes walk from the park.
