Multiple trails throughout the property take you to a private pond to fish and lounge around, including shade trees with a hammock. Park your car in the driveway and you'll have a short 200ft walk to the trailer. 1 queen bed comfortably sleeps 2 adults. Bunk beds comfortably sleep 1 adult each, or 2 kids each. Couch converts to a bed for a small adult or child. Dinette converts to a bed for a small adult or child. The trailer is relatively new and runs on propane and solar-electric battery. The battery provides power to interior trailer lights and the water pump for sink, flushing toilet, and shower. The propane provides power for the refrigerator, hot water, and stove-top cooking. There is an additional outdoor propane grill for cooking outside by the pavillion. The 24x24 pavillion provides a roof over both the trailer and the picnic table, both for shade and cover from the rain, not to mention a beautiful view of the valley. Additional tents can be set up adjacent to the trailer, where an expansive 200ft x 40ft flat mowed lawn provides room for additional tent camping, frisbees, campfires, and enjoying the sunset over west side of the valley. This 23 acre property is being managed for native plant and wildlife habitat, so trails are mowed throughout to maintain access around the many trees that we have planted to regenerate the native biodiversity on the landscape and provide habitat for various forms of wildlife. We hope you will feel the peacefulness of the valley, and enjoy both the privacy on site and proximity to the Ithaca area. Little Slice of Heaven!
With kids
We had such an amazing stay! The camper has everything you could need, even a fishing pole! The host Judi, met us at check-in and gave us the rundown on how to turn everything on. The property was absolutely beautiful. Our dogs ran free all week and enjoyed the pond. My kids stayed busy and off their phones! Just down the road we took a short hike to some waterfalls with a swimming hole!! Definitely will be back to stay again!!

A new home
This was my third stay at the camper. I proposed my fiance here this time around and we are happily engaged as I’m writing this review. I have spoken at length about the actual space in my previous review so I’ll speak a little about the hosts themselves. Judi, James, and family are the kind-hearted gems, few of whom one comes across in one lifetime. I decided to plan my proposal here and was talking to Judi ~2 weeks before the actual date. She helped me with the info of a florist, photographer, and other experts; she asked around her friends to help me if it was something she wasn’t sure about. She helped me plan the whole thing and spent the entire day with me, assisting me decorate the space. I had little time and without her help, I would have not been able to finish the setup. She was kind enough to drive and get balloons for me and when it was time for me to leave so that the surprise could be maintained, she stayed behind and finished setting up the space herself! She set up the garlands, balloons, mason jar lights, flower petals, you name it! I got to meet James’ 8 month old son, Jules, and his beautiful wife, Erica. I have found a new family in them. Their presence made the engagement all the more special. Thank you for everything!

One of my best experiences
This was my second time staying at James and Judi's camper. I had been here with my friends a few weeks ago and liked it so much that I decided to come again with my partner. There are so many thoughtful touches that it's hard to include everything in one review but I'll try. The camper is located at a great location - not too far away from the city but also secluded enough to have a peaceful stay. It's loaded with everything one could need - from utensils and toiletries to spices, flashlights, bug spray, and outdoor games. We enjoyed using the barbecue while lighting up a bonfire during the evenings. There is a tiki torch and some citronella candles that help in keeping insects away. There is a hammock, bunch of chairs, some tables, and other thoughtful outdoor-furniture around the camper where we loved breathing the fresh air and sipping coffee in the morning. Within a 1-2 minute walk, there is a small pond with a hammock and a bench on the side - we enjoyed a peaceful view of the mountains in the evening at this spot. There are small trails within the property that have been mowed. Within the camper, there are infinite number of small touches such as a Jackery, small usb fans, a fully loaded kitchen etc. Overall, there is nothing that the camper does not have. Oh and did I mention that the host is a complete gentleman? Thank you for a lovely stay, James. We'd love to visit again!

It was beautiful, the short walk through the wooded area to the pond was so pretty. You can watch beautiful sunsets from the camper. The camper was very clean and accommodating with pretty much everything you need. The owners were very nice and quick to respond to anything you might need. Pretty much just had to bring food and clothes and everything else was provided. Definitely will recommend and go back.
