The Kroy Wen Jungle

ownership seems to have changed hands. Site we booked was taken upon our arrival and water was shut off due to change in ownership and associated drama so no facilities were available. Also, no quiet hours as the neighbors we had once we found a spot were loud (played music, full volume from their car until we politely asked them to turn it down). They also left trash. Weird religious music was playing from somewhere far away but could be heard on the property throughout the night.

This camping site is so beautiful. Camping in front of a waterfall is so cool. We had a comfortable and good time here. we will come again

In Front of the Falls

Over Thanksgiving holiday, I stayed with my two dogs at Henry's property. We were very pleased with Henry's hospitality and willingness to help us during our visit. His property was very well organized and had many amenities. Our campsite had a fall and we enjoyed hearing water drops in the morning and at night. For anyone looking to camp in the winter, I would definitely recommend this place.

Despite a rainy weekend, I really enjoyed my stay at this site. I drove up from Long Island on Friday night after work & didn't get there until after 11pm. Despite arriving so late, there were people in the main building there to greet me & direct me to my site. The site itself was spacious and included a grill, fire pit, hammock, and light with electrical outlets. The host, Henry, was communicative & accommodating. This site is close to some good hiking - The Monhonk Preserve & the main area of the Minnewaska State Park Preserve are both close by (~35min away), and Sam's Point (part of Minnewaska) & Neversink River Unique Area are even closer (both ~30min away). Can't wait to return to this site on a sunny weekend.

This was the perfect family camping trip site. The team was so accommodating. Everyone loved it. So many great amenities on site and things nearby. My family and I will definitely be back.
