The hosts were amazing to work with. They know their animals and take good care of them. The sites are clean and you have good space to roam. They property is well kept and everything is exactly as described. This would be a great place for novice campers (meeeeeee) or seasoned campers, looking to test out new gear in different climates while having a great experience and being safe. I would definitely be interested in seeing if this place has long-term camping arrangements!!! 10/10!!! We fed EVERYONE, it was awesome. They were friendly before the food. But!!! The animals came running once we broke out the bagels and old bread we got from a bagel shop for super cheap!!! We woke up to sheep and a mini cow at the door. The chickens and goats came later. The big cows were sooooooo sweet! Enjoy your time here and leave the world behind for a little while. I cant stress how positive this was.
We had a lovely time camping here, the amenities were great, the property was gorgeous, and the hosts were very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!
I had a blast at BeaverWood Farm!! Paul and Marilyn were fantastic hosts, very friendly and attentive. The animals were adorable and super interactive. As soon as I started setting up camp, a pig, a cow, chickens and goats came over to greet me! I also had the opportunity their kayak out on the lake at sunset, which was beautiful. My campsite overlooked layers of fall foliage and a lake. BeaverWood Farms is a beautiful property itself, and the animals only make it cooler! I couldn't have had a better experience!
Absolutely loved camping out at the farm! We got to meet all the animals who were super friendly. The campgrounds were clean, and had great amenities like included wifi, hot outdoor shower and a well maintained outhouse. Already planning a return trip for our friends who were jealous of the amimals
This was mine and my wife's first time using HipCamp and our Camper Van, and it couldn't of been better! Paul & Marilyn were such welcoming and accommodating hosts and I can't recommend BeaverWood enough if you're looking for a place to stay in the area.
Added bonus if you love animals, because all of the animals on the farm roam freely and have no problem interacting with humans. If we're ever back in the area during a nicer time of the year, we're 100% going to book this place again, because it looks absolutely amazing during the summer months!
