Lose yourself in the middle of a fairytale 6.5 acre old growth forest with the most beautiful 150 + year old pine trees that keep watch over everyone, and a peaceful little creek that flows through the heart of the place. It’s the perfect place to get away from the noise of life and hang out with a couple of old hippies. We have space for 1 or 2 small vehicles only, as we keep our footprint small to preserve and protect the forest. Vanlifers, gypsies, travellers, hippies, free spirits are welcome! The Old Bow Range is our private family land where we live and homestead in a tiny cabin. We love meeting other travellers like ourselves, and hanging out around the fire in the evenings, or lounging down by the river.

    The coziest, friendliest stay!
    We had another wonderful weekend with Dana and Phil!! Don't miss this spot if you're passing through mirimichi, it's a hidden gem!! We lived seeing the progress they've made on their new build, seeing all the animals and enjoying their awesome company again!! Until next time!!

    Hidden gem!
    This has been our favorite camping spot to date! Phil and Dana are the sweetest couple and their land is absolutely gorgeous!! As soon as we pulled in we were met by their sweet pups, Guinness and Oscar and they also have ducks and chickens on the property you can visit too! Their property is very private and quiet but also only minutes from town and the famous Mirimichi river for fishing! There are great local hot spots for food, beers, treats and regular shopping within a ten minute drive. We had an amazing time and will def be back to visit!!

    Phil and Dana are the most wonderful hosts! Loved chatting with them about travel and life, their story is so amazing. Beautiful camping spot with a gorgeous pine tree at the center, fire pit, and access to a lovely little river! Guinness and Oscar were wonderful play mates to my dog 🐾 would absolutly stay again!
