I bought my home on this 4 acre lot right down to the water in 2012. It has been some time that I’ve wanted to create a living space closer to the beach to enjoy. I finally accomplished that dream last year. I am opening it up to guests so that you too can enjoy this beautiful natural private beach and countryside where I live!MIRAMICHI AREA! If you’re prepared to rough it a bit, come stay about 50 feet from the beach! This is a tiny chalet with a table two chairs, and a hide-a-bed sofa. Electricity is provided for a fan, lights, and a small fridge. The following are provided: Water, paper plates, cups, plastic utensils, paper towel, wet towelettes, a butane camper stove, a portable bbq, salt, pepper, spices, dish cloth and towel, bedding, and face cloth and towels. Mosquito repellent is provided. There are beach chairs provided. There is a shed with a porta-potty and a simple showering system. (use water sparingly). There are trees on the right of the chalet and hay fields with bails in the back towards the road. The cabin is about 20 minutes from town, where you will find gas stations, restaurants, Tim Horton’s and grocery stores for all of your needs. With the wet grounds we have been having, you cannot drive through the field. But, if the ground is dry, you can cut across the very front of my driveway and turn right going along my property line shown by sticks, until you get to this side of the trees and park. When you walk through the opening, the cabin is just a few feet away. Please note that the road beside the cabin belongs to my neighbour and sometimes people will be walking by to get to the beach.

The view is absolutely beautiful. The little cabin is near water, so you get to wake up and smell the sea. The host is friendly and has been investing in the spot to make it comfortable. The added gazebo with screen walls is perfect to have a meal outside while keeping the mosquotis out (there are a lot of em in july). The DVD player with movies selection was a great add on & clearly one of my girlfriend's highlight of the trip. Noella also has an appartement on the same land closer from the road, so you might share access to the beach with the renters (if they are any). Overall, Noella offers a very quiet & beautiful environment to unwind.

Natural beach with seabirds/sunsets
With pets
Noella‘s teahouse on the river provides the experience of wilderness with all the comforts of home. Enjoy bonfires at night and a huge variety of sea birds soaring in day or spot a fox or deer on a hike to The Point. The tea house is nestled in long grass and trees, and while not a birder myself I did see a pair of bald eagles five times, blue herons, a hummingbird along with the aforementioned wide range of seabirds. An upscale, private out-house with a hot shower [request on demand] and a netted cook house will leave you feasting on nature’s beauty while sipping a cool Pino (yes, there is a fridge!) over a spectacular sunset. Noella has the maritime gift of making you feel welcome and at home. She's a gracious host that thinks of every detail as the tea-house, food- prep-tent and spotless outhouse have everything you need to live independently (bring potable water on the way in). Will definitely come to visit again!
