About Us 2024 was our third year as a Hipcamp and our bookings doubled, we want to thank all of those who spent time with us this year, it has been a wonderful experience for us and we have made new friends along the way. What can you expect when you stay with us? If you are looking to disconnect from the insanity which has consumed our world come visit our farmstead. Turn off your devices and embrace nature the way nature was intended to be, balanced harmony. The property is conveniently located in rural New Brunswick and is approximately a 1 hour drive of 3 major cities and the Fundy Coast. Nestled by rolling hills of natural fields and flowers surrounded by forested trails perfect for hiking or taking a casually walk-about surrounded by nature. Star gazing is spectacular here as we have almost zero light interference from any surrounding properties and the skyline is as good as being in the prairies. We are a 10 minute drive to Belyea’s Cove and Crafts Cove which are perfect for boat launching and swimming. The Albright brook which runs through the property provides many wonderful sit-spots to relax and meditate. If fishing is something you like to do trout can be caught throughout the season directly from the brook. There are two water-falls within a 5 minute car ride and a fully stocked country store 15 minutes away located in Cambridge-Narrows with beer, spirits and wine. There are also country style restaurants which serve roadhouse style foods 20 minutes from our property. ******Optional Guest Activities and Excursions****** Spiritual Activities: *Meditation *Energy Healing *Honey Bee Energy Healing (this is an off site excursion) *Yoga *Sacred Drumming (these bookings must be done in advance, pricing based on availability) Free Events ******Homesteading 101****** *Learn how to become a homesteader, hands on activities and projects with the hosts of this hip camp. (these bookings can be done anytime and are free, warning…you might get dirty and develop sore muscles 👩‍🌾🙋‍♀️)

The Knoll by the Brook
Camping in Shannon
Sam and I loved the knoll at Paul and Sue's. It was a perfect get away, next to a babbling little creek. With miles of hiking trails, quiet nights,lots of animals to see and not just on their farm. We'll definitely be back.

The Brook
Had a lovely stay at the Knoll by the Brook site. Originally booked the Brook site but decided to switch as the Knoll has much more space and privacy. Paul & Sue are friendly and helpful. It is a great spot to be surrounded by nature and disconnect. Turn off your cell and listen to the crackling bonfire, babbling brook, and various animals! There are several trails through the fields and woods which can be explored if you wish! Definition of off the grid!

We love this spot!
Shannon’s farm was an incredible camping spot. Paul and Sue are so friendly and very accommodating. They have loads of beautiful secluded land that we enjoyed bike riding on. Lots of beautiful natural landscape and farm animals like chickens and bunnies. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful farm in the valley
Best Hipcamp so far! Beautiful farm in a valley with a dairy farm to the south and woods all around. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We purchased farm fresh eggs from them. They provided a table, fire circle and firewood. We even reloaded with fresh water direct from their artesian well before we left. . Beautiful stars at night. Lots of birds and butterflies in the meadow. Plenty of clearance for our tall camper van. Would definitely return next time we’re in NB.

I enjoyed my overnight camping at Paul's land. Nice views and away from other campsites. Great place to cut away from busy city life. Surrounded by farms and livestock, felt relaxed. I highly recommend camping at Paul's farm land if you're looking to escape city rush and connect with nature.

Great private, quiet location.
The hosts Paul and Sue were gracious and attentive to our needs. Their location is unique and private. There are trails through the woods and a beautiful wide open, dark sky for star viewing. Access is easy but make sure and follow Pauls directions to get there. Cell service is sporadic. Ideal for a quiet getaway with many hiking opportunities in the area.
