I have a spot for a tent or a trailer of up to about 30 feet beside our house. Has a 50 amps power connection, drinking water from a well. It's in the beautiful Fredericton area, stay as long as you want. High speed wifi internet available. We have a large garage with tools, welder, torches in case you need some repairs as life on the road can need.Hello and welcome. We have a nice quiet spot in a nice neighborhood just 10 minutes off the TransCanada 2 highway. Stay for a night or more to rest up as you travel through or head on to warmer or cooler places. We are available until there is snow on the ground. 50amps connection, wifi, drinking water connection, paved driveway. We are 15 minutes from downtown Fredericton for easy shopping and getting supplies. There is fuel and diesel available about 1.5km from here. Please be careful backing in as to not rip up my asphalt. Especially in warm weather.

Good stopover

Need a stopover and a tour in the old Fredericton, NB? Then this is the place, the host was so friendly and was ready to help you. They provided hydro and water. I felt safe to leave my trailer there while I tour Fredericton.

Quiet safe location travelling through Fredericton to NS. Very responsive and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. So grateful to find this serviced with 50 amp and water in a heatwave.

Perfect stopover

Perfect for an overnight stop. 50amp and water hookups, roomy and private, yet close to things if you need some supplies. Gas station (with diesel) is connected to the neighborhood about 2 kms from the house. Francois was very friendly and helpful. I hope to stay here again some day😃

Convenient location to Fredericton. Francois was very accommodating and provided us access to water and electricity. The pad location is fairly level and has room to park our towed vehicle. I had to do a small roof repair and Francois provided a ladder and caulking gun. Gracious host.
