Expanding campground
We were excited to finally go camping after a long hiatus. The weather was excellent for such a late season outing however this also let us enjoy the “Haunted Trail” attraction and the free hot chocolate. This campground has definitely grown in size from its HIPCAMP description offering multiple RV and tent sites in nice leveled rows, showers and flush toilets, and animals. While walking through the campground we met Jennie, several family members and friends who all were pleasant and helpful. There were several other campers, some appeared to be longterm/permanent setups, we were able to setup in a far corner giving us a bit of privacy since we were just truck-tent camping. Our pup came along and she enjoyed seeing other canines around even the ones riding the golf carts around LOL Unfortunately we were only able to stay the one night. We recommend this campground, check their website for seasonal events like the “Haunted Trail” and also rodeo days.

Spacious farm camp.
Easy to find and we had a beautiful, private spot. Very fun location - Haunted Hill (no haunting that we saw!) Very friendly donkeys, dogs, chickens. Clean and well kept sites.

Great family campground. Will be a really nice campground when finished. Will be visiting again in the summer and fall again for the haunt. Very quiet and peaceful.

Cozy Apple Cabin
A peaceful weekend.
This was a very nice little cabin. It is a campsite in the work's, there is multiple other cabins and campers to stay in as well as other camp sites to set up a tent. There were a few hammocks to take a rest in. The donkeys were very nice and social. It would be fun to go back in the fall when the haunted trail is up and running. I walked through the trail in the daylight and can see it being very fun to see it at night with everything working.
