Come relax on our 20 acres of wooded paradise, surrounded by thousands of acres of State land. You can enjoy any of our well maintained campsites in peace and quiet! We offer a common area with games, bathroom facilities, hand washing station, picnic tables, and a gas grill for cooking. We have four campsites available and each site has a fire pit and cooking grate. We have 2 tent only sites, one site that'll fit a pop-up camper and/or a tent, and a fourth that will fit a tent, pop-up, or camper/RV. One of our sites is very remote and is walk-in only, so we do provide wheeled carts to make hauling your gear easy! The other 3 allow for vehicle access. Stop by our storefront for firewood, fresh organic chicken eggs, local honey, and more for purchase. You can also find wild strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries during the spring/summer months. We are dog friendly, but all pets must be on a leash at all times, to respect other campers. With the maps provided, feel free to walk our cut trails that wind throughout the property. Enjoy the serenity of our rippling creek, and watch for wildlife such as grouse, deer, bear, bobcat, elk, and more! We do raise pheasants for release, so don't be shocked if you spook one up on the trail! You can also hit the public trails next door on State Land and walk for miles and miles. We are only 4.4 miles to and from I75, with easy access to Gaylord, Petoskey, Mackinac, and just down the road from downtown Wolverine and Indian River. This is a large camp area with an amazing view of the sky and our beautiful Northern Michigan sunsets. Park your smaller camper or set up a tent. Then sit back and relax! A porta john, hand washing station, gas BBQ grill and picnic tables are located in the common area just a short 50 yard walk from this site. Our hiking trails are also easy to access. A private firepit with cooking grate and chairs are also supplied.

This is a large camp area toward the front of the property with an amazing view of the sky and our beautiful Northern Michigan sunsets. Just pull in with your camper, RV or tent and start relaxing. A Porta john, hand washing station, gas BBQ grill and picnic tables are located in the common area just a short 50 yard walk from this site. Our hiking trails are also easy to access. A private firepit with cooking grate and chairs are also supplied.

This site is located on the Southern end of the property in a very quiet and hidden part of our property. There is plenty of room for a large tent and camp furniture with a fire pit ready for you to enjoy smores! Just a short walk to view Johnson's Creek and you can hear it flow from the site. Porta john, hand washing station and cooking grill are about a 250 yard walk from this site, but a fire pit with cooking grate is on site.

This is a large, flat and open campsite located in a very remote area of our property. It is surrounded by trees but the canopy is wide open for great star gazing! There is a short 30-40 yard walk from your vehicle to the campsite via mowed path and the porta john, hand washing station, and cooking grill are about a 150 yard walk from this site. There is a fire pit with cooking grate is on site.

Great location! We rolled in late one night and left early (en route to a backpacking trip). Robert laid out a set of lights to easily direct us to our gorgeous site.

Camping under the milky way

My boyfriend and I arrived late at night, but they were so generous to still let us come and they even changed our camp spot to another one that was closer to the entrance of their property and put up some lights to guide us the way. Very appreciated!! We had ordered some firewood as well but we were so tired and decided to just go to sleep immediately - didn’t even put up our tent, just slept in the car and in the morning we headed out very early since we were on a tight schedule. It would’ve been so amazing tho to have used it because the sky was no joke! It was breathtaking!! The sky was so clear we could see all the stars and the milky way! So happy we got to chat with you two in the morning for a minute, it was really nice to meet you! Very nice hosts! We felt so sad that we couldn’t stay longer :( will remember this place for the future tho

Great camp location with beautiful scenery, excellent hiking trails and lots of amenities. The sites are very well taken care of and the hosts are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Highly reccomended!!
