(Designated) This primitive campsite is the only site on our property so there will not be other Campers; giving you peace and solitude. River access close to campsite. ( River trail ) Small Fire Pit. Trails for Wildlife/Bird watching, (Please stay on the designated trails) Sunsets and Stargazing. (Woods Loop Trail ) Very private on a seldom traveled dirt road. Chairs and Table, Bucket for water, and Shovel for fire safety included . No power, No Water, No Toilet, No Trash. Leave no Trace. Our Property is home to many wildlife, ( I am just starting to establish this location as a Campsite. The trails are in progress so explore with caution, working on making the campsite even more enjoyable. Campfires allowed

Firepit. -Use Caution- PLEASE be VERY CAREFUL and watch the fire at all times. Keep the Fires Small Just for your cooking Needs. No Burning Brush. No Cutting Live Trees. Please use the Wood Provided or bring your own. Always make sure the Fire is out when you are done .

Pets allowed

On leash. Please keep the Dogs on Leash. There are farms and livestock near by to attract them. and I cannot promise their safety once they run from the property.

No toilet; campers must bring camp toilets

No potable water

Purify from river or stream. You can filter water from the Pine Creek, or bring your own

No showers

Bathe in river or stream. You can wash up in the Creek. Please use Biodegradable soaps sparingly. No Shampoos or Conditioners. Think about all the wildlife, you are sharing their home.

Pack it out

Please respect the land and pack out and trash or waste.

I loved every minute of it, we cooked delicious steaks and ate cinnamon rolls. The stars were gorgeous and river beautiful. Camping but you don’t wanna see RVs and share with a bunch of people? This is the spot. Couldn’t find shovel or bucket provided but that’s okay, the fire grate left there was perfect. Someone left their poop sadly :( but picked it up. Hard to find don’t follow maps just find the named road and look for sign with the word “hip”, took an hour to find because google led us wrong.

We loved staying here! Lovely spot for one or two night tent camping. The woods are very active at dusk - we heard cayotes and what we think was a bobcat pretty close by. We love having private space with our reactive dog, so thank you so much!

It was a very peaceful little cut out in the woods. You could hear the coyotes all night so if your Looking for a nature getaway would definitely recommend this spot :).
