3.5 acres near Merrill mountain bike trail and about 1.5 miles south of Rockford on the White Pine. Our home and a small cabin with a refrigerator and electricity is located on the property with wooded areas and trails throughout. Plenty of open flatland for tenting and electric available for an RV.We have 5 spots for a tent and a couple spots for a camper. There is also a fire pit or two to use. There is internet and water available at the cabin, but it is currently under renovation and is not available for use. Plenty of firewood is onsite and kayak use available if interested at small additional cost to cover fuel. Rockford and the White Pine Trail are very close and accessible and we are also very close to Merrell. Feel free to DM with any questions.

I loved tent camping on Joe's land. Camping is set up on a beautiful wooded hillside across from the house. Joe was an excellent host. He was very friendly and extremely interesting to talk to. Joe went above and beyond in supplying firewood, water, beer, coffee, etc. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and would likely stay here again myself.

Camping with the family!
Tent · Group trip
We absolutely loved camping on Joe’s property. The campsites are beautifully nested in the forest with gorgeous trees all around. My family traveled from Illinois to camp with us and we were able to set up 3 tents for the 3 couples. We had a such a great time in our own little forest together. Joe was so generous to offer firewood to us and beer from his fridge. Such a kind and welcoming host set up our weekend for a lovely time. Can’t wait to be back!

Really liked the campsite. Really nice and secluded. Quiet. We had the whole camp to ourselves. He offered us free beer, wood, paper plates, coffee and creamer. 10/10 would recommend
