Easy to get to, good proximity to Shawnee and environs, pretty & large property, nice amenities, and lovely hosts! Beautiful sunsets. The outdoor shower is especially wonderful... and even has hot water.
The view of the eclipse was wonderful and having a fire pit and indoor shower were nice perks. Everyone was incredibly kind warm and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this place to others looking to stay in the area.
Barbara and Aimee were wonderful hosts for our '24 Eclipse camping trip. They are just the kind of people I'd love to have as my neighbors all the time. Thoughtful, caring, friendly, yet not at all intrusive. This was a special event that they called in extra support for, and everything went really well. Our fellow campers were all on the same wavelength and were quiet, friendly, and we were so lucky to share this experience with such a good group of other likeminded people.
