Learn more about this land: This modern, self-contained glamping mini-house is located just 1 mile from Kehena black sand beach on the scenic coastal Red Road. Enjoy an ocean view from the upstairs king sized bed, access to a thriving permacultural eco-epicurean farm and a private garden level courtyard. Also on site is our Eco-Farm Tropical Modern Loft stay and our Self-Contained Modern Studio. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Eco-Farm Mini House is perfect for one or two adults. The Mini House is located on an Eco-Epicurean Waterfarm with other rentals. The unit does include a private garden level courtyard where you can enjoy grilling, visiting and talking. Thank You for respecting our sacred space. Your bright, breezy private Mini House is self-contained with a summer kitchen. The first and second floors are screened with shades, not glass windows. The door for the toilet in the upstairs bedroom is not built to close while using it. There is an additional ground floor shared bathroom with an outdoor shower available for minihouse guests as well. Read a book in the hammock, relax in the spacious living area, and cook on the grill or enjoy your morning coffee in the sitting area on your own private garden level patio. A charcoal grill is the perfect evening gathering place on the garden level patio, after a long day at the beach. Located at the Seaview Epicurean Waterfarm, you will have access to abundant non-GMO, organic gardens after a farm tour ($25/group), delicious purified drinking water, serene settings for enjoying quiet moments. A few more notes: - We provide clean high-quality organic sheets, towels and bedding.- All cleaning products used on site are natural and non-toxic.- Free Wi-Fi is included.-The kitchenette is a "summer kitchen" with a hot plate + toaster oven.-We also have an outdoor cat, two indoor/outdoor small dogs, a coop of chickens for eggs and a thriving hive of bees that provide us our honey.-There are other vacation rental units on this property. We find that a certain amount of sound from other units may travel. Minimal, Mindful, and Tranquil

Ok so you've probably got at least 5 other tabs open looking for the perfect place to stay in Hawaii. You can go ahead and close all of them because THIS is where you want to stay. The lodging at Seaview Farms is the definition of tranquility. The Mini House has everything you need: the bottom floor with kitchenette and living room, and the top floor with bed, bathroom, and shower. The entire place is wrapped in screen so you can feel the island breeze, fall asleep to the frogs, and wake up to the drizzle of rain while overlooking the treetops. The house is designed both minimally and mindfully. Everything there has a purpose and a place, and provides you with just what you need. Plus the fresh produce and eggs! We really enjoyed cooking with the ingredients provided by the farm, plus those we were able to pick on our own after taking the farm tour (highly recommended!) Everything was clean, comfortable, and calm and out of all the places we stayed in Hawaii, this is the one I can't stop thinking about. I'm grateful to have soaked up so much beauty and peace at this place and will definitely recommend to others! Mahalo for everything, Jared, and we hope to see you again!
