24 acres with small pond, trails, and large pole barn located 15 minutes from Lake Sinclair, 15 minutes from downtown Milledgeville. Water, limited electricity, and lots of firewood. Hunting guide service also available during hunting season(s). The property is loaded with white-tailed deer, squirrel, and rabbits.Positioned in front of the pole barn situated just above the pond. Site includes fire barrel with an abundance of fallen firewood in the immediate area.
