Our property is secluded with one way in and one way out. You will have use of about 1/2 an acre. We are very close to the beautiful Suwannee river. The boat ramp is only about a half of block away. You can enjoy fishing, kayaking and boating. We are also very close to the advent Christian village where they have a grocery store and a post office. We have one restaurant about 1/2 mile from the property. Live oak is 20 minutes away there you can find restaurants, grocery stores, Walgreens and CVS.Welcome to Way down camp ground This spot can accommodate up to a 40ft RV The camp spot will include fire ring, picnic table and a grill. There are plenty of activities to do. We are located right near the Suwannee river. The boat ramp is a 1/2 mile from the property. You can enjoy canoeing, kayaking and boating. We also have several springs near us (blue springs, Charles springs) we are about 45 minutes to an hour from ichetucknee springs. The gulf is about 45 minutes away (Steinhatchee and Keaton beach) There are walking trails all around the property. We have a grocery store around the corner also two restaurants. Live oak is 20 minutes away. There you will find restaurants and grocery stores. I did want to include the only cell service that will work here is Verizon. AT&T will not work, T Mobile may or may not work here.

The “Way Down Camp” was perfect for our stay. Our host went the extra mile to provide all of the amenities we needed while camping on her property. We enjoyed the location and the quiet atmosphere.
