This spacious 5-acre fully-gated property features a luxury boutique Airbnb & small event space with a large resort style pool. There will be events hosted on the property at times, though we implement a strict 10pm-8am Quiet Time rule. Both airbnb guests, as well as event goers AND Hipcampers are welcome to use the pool. The property is fully gated & in prestigious south Lakeland. The spot features full hookups for a 30Amp setup, including power, water & a clean-out. Pets welcome but MUST be leashed at all times unless in designated area & guests must pickup pet waste. Pets not permitted on the Pool Deck. We do offer a gated dog run with artificial turf to let your pups run. Guests may park on the paved lot or in the grass aside their camper. The spot is on grass.Sitting on 5 acres on a luxury property in prestigious south Lakeland, this grassy site, while not wooded, offers a beautiful backdrop of the property with full hookups.
